- Flight operations: operator responsibilities, permissions, insurance, weather contingencies, and coverage limits.
- Obscured sites: how trees, structures, and underpasses are handled; when ground verification is required. Not visible does not mean clean.
- Record changes: evidence requirements, approval permissions, audit history, and how an incorrect update is corrected.
- Data: ownership, access, retention, imagery handling, security requirements, and exports.
- Implementation: confirmed integrations, staff time, training, milestones, support, and dependencies.
- Purchasing: scoped price, contract requirements, procurement route, and a review point before expansion.
